Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Defective or damaged products

• Products significantly different from order description

• Cancelled orders (if production has not begun)

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom Order Cancellations
Custom orders may be cancelled for a full refund if production has not begun. Once production starts, material costs and labor fees will be deducted.

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not provided for:

• Custom products due to incorrect customer information

• Change of mind

• Requests beyond refund period
