Custom Products
As all CHAOBAG products are handcrafted to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products unless the item is defective or significantly different from the order description.
Non-Custom Products
For non-custom products (such as accessories):

Return requests accepted within 14 days of receipt

Products must be in original condition, unused, and with original tags

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Return Process

Once authorized, ship products to designated address

After inspection, we will process refund or exchange
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:

Custom or specially ordered items

Used products or damage not caused by manufacturing defects

Items beyond the return period
